How to resolve SET AS DEFAULT Printer issue



How to resolve Issue when you are selecting -  Printer as a default printer - Error 0x00000709

 Hello Sir/Mam,

 Today I am telling you to, how to resolve this issue by image step by step. Kindly follow and resolve your issue. Kindly note one thing that this is only for Microssoft Windows OS. and you can try these steps for other printer issue also. Because, some time printer required special permission.

1- When You are going to select your printer in Device and Printer as default printer.
 

 You are getting this issue

 

2 - Now I am telling you how to resolve.

 

first press Window (button)+R or open RUN prompt from search in START

 

3 - When you got you dialogue box. now type - regedit and press OK


 

4 - Now you will get a window called - Registry Editor
 

Now Select - HKEY CURRENT USER and Expand it by using DROP and Down arrow
5 - Now select SOFTWARE and expand it also

 

 6- Now in SOFTWARE - go to MICROSOFT and expand it


 

7 - Now scroll it using scroll bar and go to WINDOWS NT in Microsoft. Select WINDOWS NT and expand it -


8 - Now Select CURRENT VERSION and expand it also-


9- Now select WINDOWS and right click on it and select PERMISSION -

10 - Now you will get a Permission Tab -

11- In permission Tab click on - FULL CONTROL and then press OK -


12- Now close all windows and reboot (restart) your windows.


13- After restart system again open DEVICES AND PRINTER -
And then select that Printer and right click on it and then select SET AS DEFAULT -

14  - Now you will see that your printer issue has been solved. And now you can get your printout easily -
